The Bogor Palace is one of six Presidential Palaces of Indonesia, it is located in the city of Bogor, West Java. The palace is noted for its distinctive architectural and historical features, as well as the adjoining botanical gardens. Istana Bogor was opened to the public in 1968 to public tour groups (not individuals), with the permission of the acting President of Indonesia, Suharto. The gardens of the palace covers an area of 284,000 square metres (28.4 hectares).

The Bogor Botanical Gardens is a large botanical garden located in the city of Bogor, Indonesia. The area reaches 87 hectares and has 15,000 types of collections of trees and plants.

kujang monument

Kujang Monument is an icon of the city of Bogor which looks like an heirloom weapon originating from West Java. Tugu Kujang was built on May 4, 1982 during the reign of the mayor of Achmad Sobana.

lawang salapan

Lawang Salapan or also known as the veranda of the city of Bogor is located next to the Kujang Monument in the center of Bogor. This building was inaugurated in 2016. The Lawang Salapan which is next to the Kujang Monument reinforces its presence which has been built since 1982. The central government built the Tepas Lawang Salapan Dasakreta as a support for the city of Bogor as a heritage city.
